The Gateway to Europe event is due to take place in Chicago and Atlanta this April 13th-16th 2015 and will be the go-to event for companies ready to take the next step to internationalise their business from Ireland.
Gateway to Europe is a not for profit collective of Irish service providers who showcase Ireland as Europe’s premier investment location. The many events that will take place during the course of the week will highlight Ireland’s value proposition to companies looking to set up in Europe and will discuss the many challenges that will face companies ready to take the next step towards international expansion.
Events will take place from investment summits explaining the reasons to invest in Ireland to private equity and venture capital conferences. Venture Capital firms will be on hand to discuss the many recent challenges that affect the current market and there will also be discussions on the rise of entrepreneurial hubs away from Silicon Valley. The technology and start-up scene in Chicago will also be given expert advice and guidance around the many benefits of setting up their EMEA operations in Ireland.
These events will also be excellent networking events for companies and will play a pivotal role in educating and introducing companies to the many influential people that can assist them in setting up their European office or indeed their international office and using Ireland as a base to do this. Many companies will give their first-hand experience of setting up their operations in Ireland which will prove valuable to any company thinking of doing the same.
